In this 2 week course, you will be taken on a journey that explores dairy and veganism.
This home study course is designed with the intention of helping you transition to a dairy-free lifestyle and so will combine empowering information as well as practical steps so you can embrace a dairy-free lifestyle in optimum health, confidence and ease.
About
Aimed for: Beginners
Length: 2 weeks
Commitment: 5 days a week, about 10 minutes a day
Start: The course begins every Monday. Register by Thursday to join for the next week.
Includes:
- Short daily reading material (5 days per week)
- Daily Introspective Advise or Practical Task
- Personalized Worksheets
Optional: Add a going plant-based coaching session or a body conscious diagnostic session for support, guidance and to personalize your journey. There is a 10% discount if registered for the course.
