How it works
Part 1: Coaching and Assessment
The first part will include a detailed, individualized online assessment taking into account health, sports goals, body composition and macro counting.
Throughout the month there will be coaching, assessments and plan adjustments.
Part 2: Support and education
The second part will include education with a variety of articles on sports and veganism. There will be forums to connect with fellow vegans and there will be links to healthy recipes.
